Enterprise SaaS delivery for OraNutrition
Partnered with OraNutrition — one of New Zealand’s largest locally owned nutrition companies — to design and build a custom SaaS platform from the ground up. Through continuous iteration and close collaboration, we extended the solution to integrate with their broader client base and vendor network, streamlining operations across the supply chain.
Identifying gaps in construction health & safety
Turned our focus to Australia’s construction and civil sector, where we identified widespread inefficiencies in health and safety documentation. Across the industry, teams were still relying on manual spreadsheets to produce Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS) — a process prone to repeated revisions and compliance delays. We began building proof-of-concept prototypes to refine and optimize the solution.
Launching a purpose-built safety documentation platform
After extensive iteration informed by direct feedback from health & safety managers and on-site workers, we developed a proven application designed to standardise safety documentation workflows. With the product now market-ready, we are actively seeking industry partners who share our vision of raising compliance standards across the construction sector.
